01 / Feasibility
We review the project with you: location, intended scope, budget and timing. We identify the people and information needed for the next stage.
You share your plans, site information and priorities. Together we decide whether to take the project further.
02 / Design
We work through the design brief and the team needed to deliver it, whether you come to us with an architect or want a design-and-construction approach.
You set the priorities and review the developing design, scope and budget.
03 / Pre-construction
We coordinate construction planning with the project’s designers and consultants. Scope, allowances, fees, exclusions and the proposed programme belong in the agreement.
You review and approve the proposed scope, selections and contract before construction begins.
04 / Construction
We manage the construction work and coordinate the trades. Decisions and proposed changes are brought into the project conversation.
You review selections and variations, with the cost and timing implications explained before approval.
05 / Handover
We work through the inspection, outstanding items and the information needed to care for the home.
You walk through the project with us, raise questions and agree the next steps for any outstanding items.
