A few practical details.
Do I need plans first?
No. Start with an idea and a few photos, or bring drawings you already have. We work through the design, engineering and approval requirements with you. Bathrooms and alterations start with a paid design stage. The fee and deliverables are agreed before work begins, and the fee is credited if you proceed to build with ARCHEND.
How is my project priced?
Once the design and scope are defined, we prepare a fixed-price proposal with inclusions, exclusions and allowances clearly set out. Changes to the scope, and their cost and timing implications, are agreed in writing before that work proceeds. Your indicative budget helps us recommend an appropriate scope.
Where do you work?
Small Works is based around Noosa: Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Tewantin, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Peregian Beach and Doonan. Include your suburb in the enquiry and we’ll confirm the fit. We can also discuss access and updates if this is a holiday or investment property.
Can you help with something else?
Yes. Alongside kitchens, bathrooms, pools and outdoor structures, we take on alterations and additions. Choose that option in the form and describe what you’re planning. Small Works is for complete building projects; repairs, maintenance, kit installations and single-trade jobs sit outside this service.
